Good job! But I'm kind of confused on how you could NoT have a flat stomach at 84 pounds! You should be at least in the triple digits! Make sure you're eating a lot of protein.

Trust me, any weight you gain will enhance your appearance

Im not sure about the 6 stone.. what country are you from? But you can continue that lifestyle. It is always good to stay healthy and excercise.

14 km in 60 minutes is alot.. like alot alot.. It might be healthier on your joins if you didnt sprint for a whole 60 min.. Maybe sprint some.. then jog.. then sprint some.. then jog.. keep it moderate.

If you are only doing this three days a week and are eating healthily it should be okay.. now dont undereat… make sure you are getting the right amoutn of nutrients. dont cut the food so much to where you are starving yourself.. if you are still recovering from an illness or surgery(not sure what ED is) then the nutrients are very very important

and dont worry about your stomach.. if you really are slightly bigger anywhere.. those habits should get rid of it.. and if that routine doesnt, than that is just something you are going to have to deal with.. because if that routines not taking it away.. nothing will

Well i hope that this helped you out… good luck!

Answer:
It takes time, but it's worth it. Create a workout plan involving both cardio and weight training. You don't have to do the same exercises all the time. Variety will help. When you lift weights, vary the number of reps and the weight for each set. Follow up with a soy-whey protein shake (preferably made with soymilk) to help you lose weight and gain muscle. Decrease junk food; decrease portions; eat five or six mini meals a day; and increase water, fruit, veggie, nut, fiber, and lean meat intake. Aim for 8-10 hours of sleep. Avoid stress when possible because cortisol (the stress hormone) is fattening.
