last year i sent a portfolio off to an agency in london and they stated they'd like to meet me, but i turned it down fearing rejection.
However, i have changed my mind now but i have put on weight. I'm 140lbs and 5ft 9. when the porty was done i was 115.
i have about 6 wks to do it in…. i will not go anorexic, i know my limits and i'm old enough (19).
what exercises and diet(s) work for you?
are there any good diets for weightloss?
Answer:
i think the most important thing is to eat carbs and fats still but at a reduced ammount, alos it's importnant to exercise to keep you toned and to avoid muscle wastage. and to make sure you get lots of vitamins and nutrients so yor skin and hair are at their best. remember you being happy is the most important thing and please don't go too skinny.
good luck. and don't fear rejection!

I don't know how strict you want to be with your dieting, but I’ve followed the Special K diet and I love it, as they state, you really can lose up to 6 lbs. in 2 weeks, but I actually lost about 10. I lost about 25 total over the period of 1 month. Here are some meal options:
breakfast-bowl of special k cereal and a piece of fruit
snack- special k snack bar or 100 calorie snack pack
lunch- special k meal bar or cereal
snack- you could repeat the first snack or substitute with fruit
dinner- Eat dinner as you normally would.

Just eat around 1300-1500 calories per day, and exercise each day for at least 30 minutes (running, swimming, rowing, cycling). Try to eat low-GI foods that’ll keep you full all day; I find porridge for breakfast with a tiny honey easily keeps me going until lunch.
You could try to do some toning exercise; that way, even if you don't lose all the weight you'll at least appear toned. Yoga's meant to be good, or you could Google to find recommended exercises to get toned muscles.
Good luck with the modelling. Try not to worry too much about losing weight for it; I read that it's having a one-of-a-kind look is more important than being thin. They'll know that you could lose weight afterwards if they want you to.
Answer:
how the heck did you go from 115 to 140 in a year?! 3 healthy meals a day, no fatty snacks and exercise should do the trick
Answer:
if you knew your limits you wouldn’t be trying to get down to 115 at your height
