i need to loose a lot of weight.
i am 15/female.
i am not looking to take tablets or anything thats going to cost much!
i want to loose around 2 stone. however, exercise is the problem. i have joint problems and have been unable to do regular exercise.
i am looking for a diet/healthy eating rota that i can fit in with school without it been obvious.

im trying to lose weight too :D! and like you i can't exercise much, i have something called ME/Chronic Fatigue Syndrome so i have to watch my exercise and stuff!

this is what i do..

drink 8 glasses of water a day, preferably freezing cold (burns cals)

only snack on fruit, like small bananas, oranges and apples..

eat a huge breakfast so like wheetabix with some banana chopped in and a bit of sugar!

try and have smallish lunches like salad with ham/chicken

and have dinner, what ever everyones cooking!

Exercising helped me to lose a pile of weight once I joined it along with using acai berry.
