……..maintain fitness levels?

I started a new job this week and I’m unable to go to the gym more than once a week now. I have decided to go on a 30 minute power walk during my lunch hour.

45 minutes three times a week is the recommended amount, but once or twice is superior than none! I find it difficult also with work commitments, but I have started getting up an hour earlier than normal and going for a jog or a swim 3 days a week and find this is a great, invigorating way to begin the day, but takes a lot of self discipline.
