i really need help, i am 15 years of age and have a reallly high metabolic rate and weigh around 55kg now, I have really thought about this and want to start developing my body i just really need to know what it is i need to develop it, i want to gain muscle and make my body larger and more muscly but which do i use i have narrowed my choices down to a couple please say which you think would be ideal for me if you know what it is? please

my brothers take protein & creatine (apparently the creatine helps with protein synthesis or something). my partner was a professional bodybuilder & firmly believes taking supplements too young can cause problems later so wouldnt suggest anything other than a protein supplement and a high protein diet. also be careful with your training- overly intensive training before your body has stopped growing can leave u with problems with your fitness later. by the way I can comprehend where you're coming from- I'm 26 & have always struggled to keep weight on. The only way I dont look really skinny is by keeping myself toned. & I've also found that the exercise is a lot more important that the supplements. Plus I find that stamina building stuff that gives you an athletic physique instead of a bodybuilding shape looks better & is easier to maintain.

you don't need any of that stuff that you get from all the stores like reflex and pop eyes unless you dont eat enough. eating food is the ideal way to gaine muscle.. dont expect a drastic change because its not going to happen. the most muscle mass your going to gain in a year is 5 pounds, 7-10 pounds if your lucky. all you need to do is eat 6 meals a day and bulk up on carbohydrates. maybe if your not getting enough protein in your diet for your muscles look into getting very lean protein powder + L-Glutamine powder.

You are still developing, lots of young lads build muscle and end up in trouble when they're older as they’ve developed it too early.
