i`m pretty fit for 47,but find it hard to get rid of that little tyre round the middle.I have a healthy diet,do lots of sit ups,and exercise a lot.
What’s the ideal exercise to get rid of this.

It depends on the exercise you’re doing.
If you’re doing sit-ups that's great for building muscle but you won't see it because you still have the fat on top and the sit ups will not get rid of that. The only way to get rid of the fat itself is to burn it off i.e. running.
If you follow a combination of running to burn off the fat and the sit up to build up your stomach muscles and watch what you eat then you will achieve that flat tum!

That’s where I get a lot of y info as well. Doing a lot of stretching and walking helps as well. Before you know it , it will be basically gone. I had the same problem.
