Slendertone Flex?

Author: admin

Has anyone used a Slendertone Flex for women? I had my second baby nearly 5 weeks ago, and even though i seemed to recover pretty quickly from my firstborn, this second time, my tummy is just not returning to shape, it needs toning up!

After killing myself doing crunches and sit-ups that i always have done, (when not pregnant of course) and to much success, this time i've earned myself nothing but a bad back.

I'm quite slim, and was a size 8 when i fell pregnant, and am now a 10, and following a calorie controlled diet and exercising everyday (walking a couple of miles pushing the children!) to get back to my original weight. But i just cant fit in all the time i need to do so many crunches and sit-ups to get my tummy back, and i dont need the back ache either!

So, has anyone tried a Slendertone Flex? Did it work for you? Has anyone tried it post-natal?

Thanks.

Answer:
I used to own a Slendertone Flex and I used to use it religiously but found that I started to develop a paunchy type stomach.

What worked for me was ditching the S.F (well, I put in some dodgy batteries and it exploded so I had no choice!!), lying flat on the floor and slowly lifting my legs up off the ground, holding them about 8″ off the ground and then slowly lowering them again.

Yes, this sounds dead easy but do them til you really can't lift your legs anymore! I found for me it toned the muscles in the lower part of my stomach, the area the S.F. didn't work on.
