Are they bad for you?

i just had two handfuls

how many calories please :)

sunflower seeds are good for you! they contain healthy fats, are rich in selenium which is a great antioxidant and is beneficial for healthy aging! that's why I’ve a handful or two on my oatmeal in the morning! not sure on the calories but there definitely good for you! one to two handfuls daily is just fine

No idea about the calories but they are very good for you. My diabetic son, who is extra careful what he eats, has lots of them because they are so good in his diet.
