I am consuming about 800 calories a day. This day I have consumed 700. I done about 20-30 minutes of exercise (Push ups, sit ups, stairs steps, squats). If i done this every day for a week how much weight would I lose? I am 20 and 150 lbs and I am 5ft6? I’m only doing this for one week.
I only drink water and everyday i have about 3-5 portions of fruit/veg

I would say you could loose a lot, about quarter of a stone but although yes, you will loose it swiftly even though you will not be able to maintain the weight, it will be difficult and also you could be seriously damaging your health. If your serious about loosing wait then, do it healthy by eating a variety of different food.
If you really have to do it like this take some protein supplements!
