There are many different types of tricep curls you can do with weights. Bar dips also work. I’ll try to describe one exercise I do. Hold a dumbbell in one hand straight over your head. Lower the weight by bending at the elbow but try to keep your elbow close to your head and pointing up. At the bottom, the dumbbell should be behind your neck. Lift the weight back up to the top. Do 8 - 10 reps and then switch to the other hand. Do 3 sets of this exercise.

Press ups and shadow boxing with dumbells. Do the boxing for 10 minutes (very hard but worth it) and then do 2 x 15 sets of the press ups. You'll get fast results with these if you do them 4 times a week.
