Instead, focus on thinking about the payoffs - your fitness, that rush of good feeling you get from exercise, that healthy glowing feeling.

Well it sounds like you already Want to, so now you just have to actually go to the gym. After about a month of going, you'll get yourself in to a routine and then if you don't go, you'll feel bad about it. The hardest part is starting to go and getting yourself used to going.
