This morning i weighed 10stone exactly (i am 5″10 and 23 female) so this is ok, but i weighed myself now and i weigh 10 and 1/2 stone, :(

Whats going on?

your always lighter in the mornings - once you begin having drinks and food then your weight starts to increase over the day. you should weigh yourself once a week only - and always the same day, the same time of day, and the same scales, that way you can see if you’ve gained, lost, or stayed the same.
