I know next to nothing about health/diet/fitness.
I just want some reference somewhere on say.. more info on fat, body fat, food groups.. Any info on things like that.. and anything else relating to health & diet u can think of?
Just basic stuff on everythin u can think of like things mentioned above and maybe more info on BMI..
Answer:
first of all bmi is a good way to see if you are overweight,under, or just right. bmi stands for: body mass index. to tell if you’re healthy or not do this:
1) take your weight and type it into a calculator.
2) divide your weight by your height in inches.
3) divide that new number by your height in inches again.
4) multiply the new number by 703 and there is your bmi number.
if its anywhere between 20 and 25 your a decently healthy person. if its over or under that you should probably try to get it somewhere in there.
