personally feel really healthy and make you look glowing?

For me it is:

Mineral water
Camomile tea
Apples
Fish

I too drink chamomille tea, brilliant for the skin,
Lots of veg, epecially: sweet potatoes, butternut squash, tomatoes andred onions,
Salad
Salmon
Water.

Water, dandelion coffee, plenty of veg, salmon, tuna, chicken, dried fruit, nuts - I'm getting hungry now

Blueberries
Grapefruit
Green Tea
Soba Noodles
Bok Choy
Raw Garlic

They make me feel healthy, I'm not sure if I look glowing or not.

A nice fat 20 ounce steak!
Dunnno if it's healthy but it damn sure feels good and gives me a glow.
