Hi,cardio will do wonders and you can walk,jog,run,swim,jump rope,as long as you get your heart beating at a decent pace thats what you are aiming for.

Pilates is great for toning the lower body,you might like to take a look at some of these vids,some of them are only 6minutes long so you can easily fit them into your day,and they do work as I said the pilates ones are great for toning that area.

go for a jog each evening or start with a walk then when you get fitter begin jogging you lose around 150 calories if you just go for a walk for around 20 minutes also skipping is good for the legs for stomach there is no point doing situps or anything unless you’re eating healthy and burning fat at the same time because they just wont work

First get in the crunch postion. Then pull both your legs up off the ground wrapped together criss crossed but not to high.Then pull your knees to your chest. This will work you out do it for about ten minutes
