Then recently i got bored and stoped any ideas about how i can get back into it?
Answer:
Will power and motivation.
I stopped for about a year after training three times a week for 2 1/2 years, and getting back into it was difficult.
The first hurdle is getting over the initial couple of weeks worth of aches, pains and lack of motivation, once you're back into the swing of things, you realise you quite care about it, you feel good, look good and it's hard to cease!
Set out some goals if it helps, what do you want to acheive? Huge ripped muscles or just tone up?
Do you’ve time to begin working out again, if so make it your sole activity and don't do anything else — commit to it the same way you'd commit to getting a shower each day, make it part of your routine, that way it becomes part of your lifestyle and not something you struggle with from time to time.
I know for a fact that every monday, tuesday, thursday and friday, I get home from work and the first thing I do is work out, shower and eat. It's routine.
Like I said, Will Power and motivation. If you've worked out before you'll know it's hard work, but if you set yourself a target, you've got something to work toward, a reward - That’s motivation.
Hope this helps!
