Answer:
YES

'Spinning' is the kind of exercise that produces a large 'pump'. This happens when the blood flow into a muscle expands its capillary blood vessels, making the muscle feel rubbery and swell up.

The effect doesn't last very long, but it can freak people out when they aren't expecting it.

A single session of any exercise WON'T have any 'real' effect on your muscles. Getting 'ripped' or 'bulky' or 'toned' as soon as you start to exercise is something that only happens in movies. Genuine changes in your physique will only develop over a long period (months or years) of regular developmental work.

In the longer term, Studio Cycling will strengthen and streamline your legs. It is possible to design a programme that’ll 'bulk up' your thighs, but most spinning classes tend to build dense, compact muscle. Combined with frequent stretching (at home, every day or better still morning and evening), this will trim your legs & buttocks. It can even make them seem smaller than they really are, because your new muscles will be really firm.

Answer:
No way!!!! Get real, it takes time to build up muscle bulk. Cycling is probably not a good way to build up your thighs anyway, try ice-skating or the right sort of weights.

Answer:
No, but you may find it difficult getting on and off the toilet tomorrow.
If you do eat before eat something really really light or you'll feel sick.

Answer:
one session? no. nothing worth getting is gotten over night kiddo. It takes discipline and persistance to change your body.

Answer:
