Acne Question? Purple Mark? Pic Included?

okay so i had acne a while ago however cleared up niceley on my forehead thanks to Erythromycin Tablets or something like that.. Well anyway ive been washing with clerasil but immediatley changed to normal soap and now ive got this what like like a purple vein mark rase randomly come up when i picked a spot.. what is it? vvvvv

It could be slightly bruised skin if you have picked spots. It should go in time. I would recommend you don't pick spots you could infect them and make them a lot worse. It should go.

I would say use an oil on it but if you’re spot prone it isn’t a good idea.
