Hi. I’ve a hard skin under my foot on the pressure which is very painful. Any ideas on how too cure it without seeking professional help. And also will it get worse. What are the causes of it. Thanks for your professional answers.

it sounds as if its a verruca the best thing to purchase is wartners verruca removal kit from the chemist i suffered for years with verrucas and tried almost all what you can purchase when i used wartners they cleared try it -it works (yes they will get worse and will spread if left untreated there are loads of ways to catch them most comman is from swimming pool floors or wearing other peoples infected shoes etc
