no but i do know just what you mean i have just sent a long answer to someone else on the health section explain how i overcame these attacks have a look there you really are not alone and you can beat it good luck
Answer:
Sometimes I feel like I could. I feel like I will either pass-out, throw up, or stop breathing. I have never heard of anyone dieing. They are so frightening.
Answer:
that depends on how your heart condition is. if you have a bad heart you may get a heart attach and die but if you have a healthy heart what panic attack can do is make your blood pressure rise or feel dizzy or you might have difficulty breathing but won't lead to death.
Answer:
Not really, but it can definitely FEEL like you're dying, that's for sure. Unless you have a preexisting heart condition, undiagnosed aneurism, lung issue or some other illness… a panic attack in and of itself won't kill you, but it might trigger something else that could kill you.
Answer:
You have my sympathies, and no one understands who hasn't gone through one.
I think if the attack was serious enough you could lapse into unconciousness, but i don't think you'd die.
All the best.

Answer:
Via a heart attack….Yes!
Answer:
No you cannot die. A heart attack is different than a panic attack for the person above^^^.
It can feel like you are going to but nobody has ever died of a panic attack. That's some statics I got out of this journal/book you write in about anxiety and it says there that nobody has ever died!
Answer:
Even though you feel like you're going to die when you get a panic attack, its impossible!!!!!
Answer:
nope, not possible. The worst that can happen is that you'll pass out, and which point your breathing will return to normal. If your symptoms are really bad speak to your gp as theres sometimes medication that can help
