I am worried about going back to my doctor as I have begun to feel like a hypercondriac. I have terrible lower back pain, pain in my hips and what feels like constant ovary pain. I don't sleep well, I’m low and irrational. I feel like I have flu each where but not the cold that goes with it. I get headaches frequently and I react quickly and badly to stress.
I’m fed up with feeling like this. I honestly don't want to be ill any more! I have just had full blood count, liver function and cervical cancer / endometriosis tests come back as ok. One physician said it is sciatica, but I’ve had that when pregnant and I’m not getting shooting pains through my but or legs etc, but the same physician is baffled by the constant exhaustion….
Answer:
Don't be worried about feeling like a hypocondriac. Many times it takes a while to figure out what’s really wrong. Be glad your physician has ruled out these things, but you still might need more tests. You are sick and it is the doctor's job to find out why. If he can't, he needs to send you to a specialist. Have you had an ultrasound or MRI? One of these may be needed to pinpoint the problem. Don't continue to suffer when one more physician visit my find the problem.

Answer:
You could have a pelvis misalignment or pubis instability. Your physician would know the correct medical term. You'd probably have lower back/butt pain and front groin pain. Mention the groin and scatia pain both at the same time to a physician. He might send you to a chiropractor.
I went to a rhuematologist to be diagnosed for fibromylagia. I had pain in my innner elbows, inner knees, lower back/butt, my front collar bones, etc. I still have pain in all these places. He told me fibromalgia is junk science, a term used for stressed out housewives. I thought he was a jerk, but if a specialist thought fibro was for junk, I never brought the subject up again with my physician.
Three years later, I’m getting edema (swelling) in all those trigger points. I don't know if its lymph nodes or whatever. Blood tests always come back normal, but now the doctor can see the lumps. Lately, I also have been getting swelling of my throat and lips. Food allergy tests come up negative. I still think I have a food intolerance and have because making a food diary. Maybe wheat, brewers yeast, corn syrup or gluten is what I'm thinking, Unless there is a problem with my lymph nodes
One thing I do find interesting about fibromylgia is that it has the exact same symptoms of scurvy. Body aches, depression, joint pain, etc. so make sure you’re getting enough vitamin C.
