Technically i have a chronic disease but it doesn't affect me much so i would never really say i was disabled

Answer:
Judge from my Q's…..

Answer:
Well I probably do and no one is admitting it.

Answer:
the definition of disability means a person admiting that an impairment causes them to not function properly in society.

So anyone can say they have a disability.

Ps why do you ask?

I dont know why someone has given me the thumbs down

People need to be careful of definitions

Impairment means physical or psychological problem: e.g. Amputee, back pain.

Disability means affect of impairment on social standing.

e.g. amputee cant write

Back pain cant do heavy lifting

anxiety unable to leave house and work.

So any form of impairment can make you disabled, people can have the same impairment but 1 may be disabled and the other may not, as everyone is affected differently.

When people say Im disable because I have X syndrome etc… is incorrect. People should say Im disabled because I cant walk 20metres because I have Multiple sclerosis.

People tend to describe themselves by their illness which is wrong.
