Author: admin

Answer:
Weight gain and shortness of breath at 25. Usually shortness of breathe is caused by a heart or lung condition. It can also be due to lack of red blood cells. Given your age all of these are unlikely unless you’ve been bleeding a lot. So some other recommendations that are more likely are:

-you getting lazy and out of shape

-you are pregnant

-you have a hormonal disorder such as hypothyroidism, cushings disease, etc.

Answer:
Even one stone over is enough to affect your health and energy levels, I too have just shed a stone cut out the junk in favour of more health food and started doing a tiny exercise again and feel so much superior for it.

Do yourself a favour improve diet by eating superior not less food and what ever exercise turns you on, maybe swimming, walking bending stretching even the gym but better to tackle it now whilst you are only one stone over than later when your weight has escalated out of control and become too daunting a task for you to face.

Would need to know more. That amount or added weight isn’t excessive, How old are you? What’s your general life style? Excercise or not? Do you smoke or have any sort of respiratory problem.? Have you a heart problem? I would recommend you have a complete check over by your physician and a few tests ,

Answer:
I would advise asking your GP this question as they’ll have access to all your medical records.

Answer:
Yeah I 'm like that sometimes when I feel hungry for breath each so often….certain factors can affect this…. stress, dry air, aerosols etc.
