What food should I avoid?I get diarreha more than constipation…It's driving me mad! Please help! Thanks
Answer:
avoid fibre or try cutting gluton/wheat and milk out your diet.
i'm dangerously allergic to gluton/wheat and nuts, and can't stomach anything with milk in so it's a pain in the asshole trying to shop. but you get used to it, use trial and error to cut certain things out your diet and you can buy tonics to build up your immune system for the fluids you lose.
good luck x

My partner has the same problem and what he uses is fibre gel and actimel each day.
Also foods like raw veggies, cabbage, and fruits should be eaten in moderation.
There are so many differing views on this that what works for one does not always work for another.
Trial and error are going to be the watch words of the day for a while for you. keep a diary and write down anything that seems to cause you difficulty.
Answer:
There is no easy answer to this one as everyone is different . you need to exclude different foods from you diet to identify those that irritate your bowel. The other thing you need to consider is Colitis. You need to get a proper diagnosis.
