Can ya get a very bad infection that makes ya really really sick??? hot and cold sweets pains all round and its because of my throat i say and can infection move from the throat and move into other parts??? i was smoking and this happened dont think the drink would make my throat bad any ideas rang hospital today because was getting sick a lot 2 and they have a bed for mr tomorrow any ideas?????

Yes there are lots of difference infections which can result in a high fever. Aches and pains combined with a temperature is most likely the result of an viral infection. Keep an eye of your temperature, take paracetamol which will reduce it and help with any pain. Push fluid intake and get rest.
