No. There's no cure whatsoever for Psoriasis. The only treatments available are Steriod creams, Tar compounds, ointments, that countain vitamins such as Vitamin D. And various of other products.
Light treatments are becoming more effective, but it's not a cure, it's temporary, and it's expensive.

I read once that dehydration causes many skin & other problems. Do you drink enough water? If not, try drinking a lot of water , and see if it helps .

dunno about injections, but I’ve just found that vitamin D ointment does wonders! in UK it need to be on prescription from your GP
