Lump on base of neck?

Hi

I’m a 28 year old female, from the UK.

I have a 'hump' on my back, can anyone shed any light as to what might be the problem? I've had it for years, but it is getting worse.

If you’ve headaches or trouble with your eyes too it could be a swollen nerve in the back of your neck. My sister gets a swelling like that and the doctor prescribed some medication for her to take when it happens. She usually starts getting migraine type of headaches which are a warning sign but is much better within a couple of days in the tablets.
You should go and see your GP maybe ?
