Hi, you should be OK, the only thing I’ll say, is if the Antihistamine is a not a non -drowsy one, you’ll feel more fatigued, so don't drive or operate machinery.
If this is just as a one off, there should not be an issue. If you do notice any side effects or feel unwell, seek medical attention. It really should not be a problem.

Well it really depends on the drug. Which brand and so on. Check the box, and it should say how much you can take in a day safely (not just 1 pill, i mean mg)
if not, then try checking the manufacturer's website, they'll generally have a max dosage sort of deal.
