relax girl,i've got tons of that before. Thats because your acne is really massive. Once it ripens you will find it gets smaller and when you press it it is less painful. Then when it is ripe you can squeeze the lump and bursting out will be dried up acne and pus. Then the lump will gradually get smaller and smaller and disappear. I've suffered from 2 such lumps before, aye.

Answer:
well it could just be a spot that doesn't have a head, which you can cover up with make up and not worry about it.

or, as your other questions have indicated you pick at your spots, you could have left a scar. acne scars do not look like spots, they’re just an rea of raised, slightly hardened skin.

you should be happy there’s no head on the spot, you're less apt to pick it! you should really stop picking acne as it will lead to the scars. get into a good routine of cleanse-tone-moisturise twice daily. Make sure the cleanser is a gentle one and the moisturiser is light. Then, once a week give your skin a good deep clean by steaming your pores open, using a deep cleanser or a face mask or just a really good exfoliator. you can also gently exfoliate up to 3 times a week, but not more because you'll be stripping your skin of its natural oils and drying it out.

remember to drink loads of water too!!! and if you still have lots of trouble with your skin, try to include more fish and fruit in your diet and also i advocate a zinc supplement, but zinc is in most multivitamin tablets anyway!!!

This is one of the most annoying forms of acne, you really need to see your GP to get some oral antibiotic therapy to control it.
