New moles appearing..when should you worry?

I have a few moles, or what people called beauty spots and they don't botter me, what is bothing me is a new one that appeared, there’s a little pale brown mole nearly 2mm, about 3weeks ago it was just a little little red spec, i noticed it as i had use a facial hair lightener on the sideburny bits and avoided that area with the bleach.

it seems to have increased quite a lot for 3weeks! and its rasied and turning darker. what are your views

I'm not sure if this has anything to do with the bleaching. But,you should always keep an eye on moles that begin to turn darker and if they itch or have any redness around them.You should always see your physician if one starts to get bigger in size.
