Answer:
I´m not a doctor but maybe you just have poor blood circulation going to your hands. Could explain why they´re always cold. Maybe you just need to be more active to get the blood flowing.
Answer:
It may possibly be linked to Raynard's Phenomenon which affects the extremities such as hands. Check the information below, its something iv heard about when I was studying for my degree Health And Social Care. I got the information from the following website, http://www.medicinenet.com/raynauds_phen…
Good luck!
What causes Raynaud's phenomenon?
The causes of primary and secondary RP are unknown. Both abnormal nerve control of the blood vessel diameter and nerve sensitivity to cold exposure have been suspected as being contributing factors. The characteristic color changes of the digits are in part related to initial blood vessel narrowing due to spasm of the little muscles in the wall of the vessels, followed by sudden opening (dilation), as described above. The small arteries of the digits can have microscopic thickness of their inner lining, which also leads to abnormal narrowing of the blood vessels.

My friend had that. She used different kinds of hand creams for clammy hands.
