I've had a farely huge spot on penis for about 8 months now,on the actual spot its smooth with like a little dot in the centre?? i've never had sex before, a smaller one is starting to form above it :S kinda disgusting lol any idea's what it could be? and if your just going to say see your gp then don't answer please. thanks

Try getting thrush cream (Canesten) from the pharmacist and see how this goes. My partner has had similar looking symptoms, it may be this. Have you been using anything else on it? Even different soap.
