I have to ask them for a new catalogue twice a year - they never send me out any automatically, even though I order clothes and keep them. I ring them, email them and now have written to them asking them for their spring/summer catalogue, but still nothing. They keep sending me these promotional discount letters, but how can I use them when I've no catalogue? Anyone else has the same problem?

Oh yes….they're AWFUL! I bought a load of stuff from their kids line…and they sent all the wrong things and it took ages! The staff in France were rude too….I ma never going back to them again…they didn't take the payment from my bank for a month either which is confusing!
