I don't know but it's in the papers today that Jack plans to auction off a lot of Jades clothes - for Cancer Research / Marie Curie before anyone comments! - so you might just be able to get the exact one!

I think that dress is old, because she has hair in this picture and she was bald for ages so i dont think shops will stock it.

I dont know where its from but I would guess Oasis or Warehouse - Thats there kind of print/style.
