I bought some skinny Jeans (30W 30L) from Topman this day and they’re …snug, comfortable but very tight fitting so I fine to wear em now but someone said they would shrink in the wash is that true?
If it is I'm gonna have to get more massive pair
Answer:
It could. It depends on the brand. Some might use cheap material and that. Topman is pretty costly anyways so I doubt it would shrink. Look at the label inside the jeans and make sure you can put it in the washing machine. If it has a X on the symbol then you'll need to hand wash. You might need to turn the jeans inside out too.
Answer:
they'll shrink a bit if you tumble dry them, but if you iron them they usually give a little bit more. Jeans stretch as you wear them and return to their original shape when you wash them. Try to wash them every 3-4 wears unless they have visible dirt on them as it takes a lot of water to wash a pair of jeans and is more economical to only wash them occasionally.
Answer:
They shouldn't shrink, as long as you follow washing instructions.
I find most jeans are tighter when you just wash them, but they soon stretch again after wearing them for a tiny while.
Answer:
yes they’ll shrink but only if you wash them in hot water

to dry

Instructions
Things You’ll Need:
* towel
* laundry detergent
* stain remover
*
Step 1:
Spot clean your jeans when you get a stain. Place a towel behind the stained area of fabric and blot with cold water until the stain is gone. If not, apply spot remover and blot with cold water again until the stain is gone.
*
Step 2:
Wash your skinny jeans in cold to warm water. Don’t use hot water. Hot water can shrink jeans.
*
Step 3:
Air dry your jeans after washing. Your dryer's high heat can shrink your jeans as much as a full size smaller.
*
Step 4:
Try dry cleaning. This is really your ideal bet with skinny jeans. It will keep the jean's color wash fresh and no shrinkage will occur.
