I bought yesterday lovely dress at H&M at Oxford Street. Unfortunately I haven't tried it and I found out at home that is too big. Do you know if I have to go to the same shop or can I go to any H&M shop for exchange?

any store…eg, u bought it in london, u could take it to manchester and return it
as long as u still have the receipt and the tags are still on….but remember, u only have 28 days to return it!

Just make sure you’ve the receipt and the tags are still on.
