i've been smoking for about a month - month and half
whenever i get up in the morning or just done exercise i have a really bad cough
also this day for the first time i coughed up flem
i've never been sick from smoking
it took me one day to halt coughing after inhaling
and 3 days to smoke a whole cigarette without feeling as if i was going to throw up
so what are the first bad signs of smoking? how much worse will the coughing get? and because i got used to smoking quickly does that mean i will get addicted swiftly?
Answer:
I'm 27 and I started smoking when I was 15. I’m now quitting. The major effects on my life that the decision to start smoking are…
-Every boyfriend I have had has been a smoker. Any non smoker I fancied wasn't interested in me.
-I have had problems with my weight as I find exercise difficult.
-I have difficulty enjoying going to the movies as towards the end all I have the ability to think of is leaving and smoking.
-I can't smell of anything but smoke which makes buying nice perfume/fabric conditioner a waste of time.
Each cigarette takes 3 minutes to smoke, that's 20 times a day, 365 days a year for 8 years (I didn't start on 20 a day). That's 121 days I have spent smoking, not learning or dancing and bettering myself… just sat on my *** smoking.
Those same cigarettes have cost me nearly £30,000. If I hadn't smoked I could have a payment on a house or a automobile. I could travel the world for a year with that kind of money.
What I’m saying is that the coughing and the obvious side effects are nothing. I won't lie, I loved smoking and I thought nothing could beat a coffee and a cigarette in the morning.
I thought I would quit when I turned 16, 18, 21, 25 and I didn't. Getting addicted is easy because you never believe that you’re. You are already addicted. Stop.

Don't you think that's it? It can take years and years for lung cancer or emphysema to take hold. What else is there? Bad breath, smelly clothing? Burning small holes in your clothes with stray embers?
If you can't quit and never smoke again you are already addicted. Are you like 15? Most adults know this stuff already.
Answer:
don't give up yet. after a few more weeks the tissue in your airways will become damaged and you won't feel it anymore.
