Help may have breathed food particle into lungs?

I was eating noodles and after wards I started having difficulty breathing, I’m shaky and feel dizzy. I am getting pain down the right side of my throat and I don't know what it is. Recently I’ve been having problems getting air into my lungs but thought I had a chest infection. Will I’ve to go the hospital?

I have heard of something called aspiration pneumonia where people who have difficulty swallowing may get some food particles inhaled into the lungs instead of going down the gullet into their stomachs.
