I was eating noodles and after wards I started having difficulty breathing, I’m shaky and feel dizzy. I am getting pain down the right side of my throat and I don't know what it is. Recently I’ve been having problems getting air into my lungs but thought I had a chest infection. Will I’ve to go the hospital?

Answer:
I cannot tell what the cause of your symptoms is but the symptoms themselves are serious enough for you to seek medical help. I have heard of something called aspiration pneumonia where people who have difficulty swallowing may get some food particles inhaled into the lungs instead of going down the gullet into their stomachs.

I urge you to visit an emergency room as soon as possible.

Answer:
Ring NHS Direct and they will advise you, it might be an allergic reaction.
