Ivee Got This Really Bad Headache How Can I Get Rid Of It??
Answer:
fresh air advil and a coke a hot shower dark room and rest works for me
Answer:
Turn light off, no sounds, no tv, etc… Lay on bed and go to sleep. It will help but not guaranteed that it will get rid of headache.
Take aspirin, ibrupten, or other over the counter medicine. I normally take 4 tables of ibrupten that usually get rid of bad headache with foods.
Eat rich magnesium foods and take herb called feverfew that often prevent migraine develops but it takes weeks to make it works.
Answer:
Take paracetomol, hedex extra or co-codamol (depending on severity).
As for really getting rid of it it depends on what caused it?
eg. If you're dehydrated drink lots of water; if you strain your eyes get them tested and glasses prescription; if its at the front it could be your shoulder muscles being all tensed up so you need a massage; if you're exhausted get some sleep; there are lots of more causes for headaches.
But lying down somewhere quiet and dark will probably help with any kind of headache. Good luck!
Answer:
Take a couple of Advil or Aspirin, drink some Coke, and have a hot shower.
Lie down in a dark room without distractions such as noise and try to get in some sleep.
If these headaches continue, you may want to check things out with a physician.
