Yes because basically the heart just stops… naturally… unless the attack was brought upon by, say… somebody finding an intruder in the house and was so scared their heart may stop… this could be classed as manslaughter…

heart attacks can be caused naturally, but also due to stress like if your arguing with someone and they have one, but usually they know they cant do anything too stressful incase that happens. so it can be a whole number of stresses all different.
