Im sick and need to get superior for saturday…what can i do…i have a cold by the way…please tell me as i dont want to be sick on sat…

lots of fruit n veg , oranges vit c ,fresh air , rest … well good nights sleep , maybe some menthol crystals you breath over a bowl they are good n reasonably cheap ……. you should be fine by saturday , pro plus is good for giving u a bit of energy if you need that on saturday .

ideal thing to do is get out n about wrapped up warm ,don't mope about feeling sorry for yourself , carry on as normal n it should clear quicker

get zicam. it works. also, take vitamin C several times a day and 3 sublingual vitamin B-12 each day (sublingual means you put it under your tongue and it dissolves swiftly right into your blood stream, they come in decent flavors, it doesn't taste like a vitamin). drink plenty of fluids, lotsa water, juice (100% juice only, not “juice drink”), and broth. there's a reason chicken soup is good for being sick. get some of the broth that comes in a box (not a can) from the store, heat it up and drink it (if you don't want to boil a chicken and make broth yourself, which if you're sick i'm sure you don't). do this all day today and tomorrow and as much as you can saturday and you should be a lot superior. you can also put a heating pad or hot compress on your face/sinuses to induce fever-like conditions in the areas that are affected. the heat will help kill the virus.

Echinacea from a health food store cures colds. Get the pure herb, brew it into tea, and drink many cups throughout the day, as many as you can stand. Alternatively get a tincture and just drink 2-3 dropperfuls (or more) 3 times a day in a little water.
