- Physician recommended i need a (medical) nose operation where they break it,straighten it..etc.i was wondering whether i could get a free (cosmetic) nose job along with the medical one. Aparently the NHS do this,im not sure however…would it be possible to get a medical nose job alongside a cosmetic for free??. I hope it is.

Definetely not. I had to the same thing because I broke the bridge of my nose.
Howabout you find out what it looks like BEFORE you’ve another operation on your face. It may look just fine, mine did. Looked … straighter… lol.
