Mine is between 100 and 101 degrees right now. I have a doctor appointment tomorrow I've made weeks ago and I was wondering if I should hold off until tomorrow.
Answer:
You have an elevated temp showing you have an infection. Take asprin or an analgesic that lowers the temp.
Take plenty of fluids and wear light clothes. Remember a temp is higher at night when you have an infection so dont wrap up and try to sweat it out. Thats the worse thing to do. Wear light clothes and not a lot of blankets.
You presumably have other symptons indicating where the infection is so take appropriate treatment for that.
Go to bed and hopefully sleep well. You will be fine. The temp is not too high
Answer:

Should you need to reduce your temperature, wrap an ice pack in a cloth and apply to your groin area.
If you have a rash as well as a temperature, then you should seek help immediately.

Answer:
At 102 and above, get your fine bottom to a doctor pronto. In the meantime drink plenty of fluids, preferably water or pedialite or gatorade. This will keep you hydrated and balance your electrolytes. Take a cool bath to get the temp down, if necessary. Take some Tylenol and get in some snuggly jammies and rest, rest, rest.
Feel better soon sweetie!
Hugs!
Answer:
Drink some coffee. It will help.
Answer:
today is fine as your temp is not severe, just go to the doc tomorrow as planned
Answer:
You're temp will spike at night anyway. For an adult, your temp is fine, take the Asa or Tylenol and fluids. See your Doc tomorrow.
Above 104F is critical in a child, an adult can handle it for a time. If however, you find yourself at that temp…it's off to Emerg. Rather be safe than sorry.
