I know it's one of the most common things doctors see, and normally I wouldn't consider going with back pain, but right now I'm in excruciating pain - the slightest movement makes me feel sick and as though I'm going to pass out. Pretty much all I have the ability to do is lie flat on my back at the minute. I'm taking tramadol, kapake (cocodamol 30/500 - the really strong stuff), diclofenac (voltarol) and diazepam regularly and I'm still in agony.
Is it worth seeing a physician or will they just tell me to persevere with the painkillers and give it another few days?
Answer:
I ACTUALLY SEE A LOT OF THESE CASE DUE TO THE FACT THAT I WORK FOR AN ORTHOPEDIC OFFICE. I THINK YOU SHOULD MAKE AN APPOINTMENT WITH AN ORTHOPEDIC BECAUSE YOU CAN HAVE BOLGING DISK, HERNIATED DISK, ETC. WHEN YOU GO TO AN ORTHOPEDIC HE WILL EVALUATE YOU AND MIGHT SEND YOU FOR SOME TESTING SUCK AS XRAYS, EMGS, MRIS, OR CT SCAN AND THEN YOU COULD EITHER GO FOR PHYSICAL THERAPY OR MAYBE HAVE FACET OR EPIDURAL INJECTIONS WHICH WILL HELP FOR THE PAIN. JUST BEING ON MEDICATIONS IS NOT GOING TO CURE. TAKE CARE OF IT NOW BEFORE IT KEEPS GETTING WORSE.
Answer:
See your physician asap, and try not to auto medicate yourself. You’re taking strong pain killers, and diazepam is very strong and you shouldn´t abuse.
Ask your physician to give you an Xray of back and legs and also a scanner to see if you just have a trapped nerve or it´s something more serious.Your back is the pillar of your body and you should have it checked.
Hope you get superior soon.
Answer:
Firstly thats a tiny too much medication. Tramadol is a very strong prescribed medicine and should only have been given to you by your doctor to be used for a specific problem.
You are probably feeling sick and dizzy from all of those tablets. I have a skeletal condition which affects my spine and I know you should not mix these things.
Go to the doctor and make sure you tell him what you've taken. You might have damaged your kidneys.

there could be many ways for back pain to happen. If you’ve been taking painkillers for a while they may do some tests to find the fault. Typically back pain normally is just a strain but prolonged pain can be something else. Go and explain that you’ve been taking the painkillers for a while with no avail and are struggling. They will examine the area and if nessecary do some tests.

Oh my you sound like you are in quite a lot f back pain so my advice to you is see a physician asap. My mum suffers from back pain due to a crash she was in a few years back and with that she’s always in bed.
I think you should see the physician and ask him if he has the ability to give you something aside from the pain killers i would ask him about pain management. Coz believe me back pain is not a funny thing to have at all.
I suffer from it as well and i found that doing some gentle yoga eases the pain a bit.
Good luck with this and i hope you feel superior soon.
God Bless

You seem to be in a lot of pain, I would go straight away to the Docs, as it could be something simple and with the right medication, gone in a short while. Move carefully
