Achey Legs?

My cousin is always complainin of achey knees and legs? She thinks shes got arthuritus, but i think shes exaddurating! Does anyone know what it could be? Is it serious?

She's going to the doctors about it soon so what could she anticipate?

It could be any number of things; but if she drinks a lot of diet drinks, it is worth slicing them out completely and seeing if that makes a difference - some people state that the Aspartame in diet drinks causes joint pain.

If the doctor is concerned, your cousin will be referred for further tests.

How old is she? Im only 27 and i get aches and pains all over my body somtimes.Doesnt worry me im guessing its just ageing
