Go the the doctor. I had something similar happen to me about 2 years ago, and i cannot for the life of me remember the name of what it was, but it meant i had Lymph Nodes inflamed near my appendix. Not gonna say it IS the same thing, but i advise going to the doctor and getting it checked out. Could be what i had, or it could be something more serious, maybe a gal bladder infection or something with your appendix. Never a bad time to be safe

You need to give more info, could be anything from doing too many sit ups to a hernia! Talk to a doctor if your worried who can ask you all the appropriate questions.
