Cant stop doing it !!?

Author: admin

I cant stop cracking my neck at the sides, it feels superior when i do, and ive heard that i could get paralysed from keep doing it ! how do i stop and what effects are there of damage ?

Answer:
You can only get paralyzed if you do it too aggressively.

Try using a thing called BioFreeze. it goes into the muscle tissue and the bones to relieve stress and it will make you feel like you don't have that urge to crack anymore. everyone cracks some bone one way or another and the worst you could get from doing ti casually is probably just arthritis when you're older.

Answer:
Nothing can happen when you crack your neck. I actually asked the same question severals years ago (I was taking a Medical Termnology Class & my instructor was an RN). She said nothing happens when cracking fingers and/or neck. She actually cracked her neck right in front of me. With “cracking knuckles”, it's letting air out of the “sockets” (from my understanding). She also made a good point. If “cracking bones” is so hazardous, why are there chiropractors?

Answer:
Ive never heard of becoming paralized from cracking your neck…. I’ve heard however, that when you get older, the joints become swollen. I reccomend that you ask your doctor about it.

Answer:
If it hasn't paralyzed you yet, then why would it? Just like eating dirt makes you sick. But still, if you're truly worried, why not do some research on Chiropractics. I'm sure you'll be fine.

Answer:
learn to halt

i doubt you’ll paralyze your self but you can certainly warp the cartalidge inbetween your vertebrae and make your neck stick out like a velasa raptor.

Answer:
Why don't you make an appointment for lovely neck massage- it'll be very beneficial- sounds as if you need to release some tension.

Answer:
you could wear one of those pillow things around your neck, or when you consider going to do it forget about it and watch tv.

Answer:
stop doing it, think of the consequences

Answer:
crack head.
