Answer:
Yes,I do.
Went for Sleep study & they said to wake up & go to sleep same time each day.
Sleep between 7-8 hours.
Create a bedtime routine you do each single night.
Don't do exercise 3 hours before sleep.
Don't use personal or games, it's stimulating.
Try a small whole grain sandwich of lean protein.
Keep room a bit cool.
Make room dark.
If you wake up & can't get back to sleep; get out of bed & do something boring. Repeat as needed.
Good luck
Do not nap for more than 15-20 minutes during the day.
Answer:
yes, quite a lot.
If you have it only occasionally or justified for a transitional problem you're having (such as work, disease, hormones, family), probably you're be getting back to your normal sleeping habits… depending of the problem, i would say.
If it happens to you for a long time… then talk to a specialist, a doctor (a psychotherapist).
Answer:
Sleeping too much can be just as bad as not getting enough sleep. You still mess up your sleep routine. I sleep for 8 hours and never feel over tired. I feel much superior for that.
Answer:
