Will the fat go straight to my arteries and heart?
Answer:
no its not gunna go straight to your heart and arteries. half a pizza ain't no massive deal. but you stated you where inactive. maybe you should get active. i know when im eating some pizza that i really like. i just keep going, till i find out later ive eaten way to much. but then again i go running a lot. if you were active. that might help keep your metabolism up and you wouldn't be so worried about whether that bad food is gunna go to your heart. and as for eating chocolate. actually, eating dark chocolate is actually good for you it has lots of antioxidants in it. its actually healthy to eat a bit of dark chocolate every day. so if it was dark chocolate. don't fret. but you should look into getting more active. you’ve to make it part of your life. once you do. when ever you wind up eating half a pizza, you wont feel so guilty. but no, its not going to your heart and arteries. the grease is bad for you and you shouldnt eat it but. i think your gunna be ok.
Answer:
Not unless you eat that way all the time. If you eat good most of the time, you’ll be fine from eating a half a pizza and some chocolate this day. However, if you make a habit of eating like this day in and day out, that is when it will start to take a toll on your body. Your body is pretty resillent, but when you abuse it every day, then long term effects begin to kick in.
Answer:
Well, it will not go straight to your arteries or “Brain”. What will happen is your body will start to accumulate extra fat that the body doesn't need in the storage areas such as the belly are. After some time the blood will get overflowed with fat causing to block arteries and ultimatly the heart.
Answer:
No, it will take some time. But sounds like lunch…..what's for dinner? You must start getting active-maybe, walk 15 minutes each day if you can. It sounds like you ate about 1,500 calories in one setting. What goes in, has to come out, or it becomes fat. Each pound is 3,500 calories.
Answer:
