Well, headaches are usually caused by stress dehydration, tiredness or possibly hunger.. They could also be caused by staring at the t.v/computer for to long.
So i would advocate taking some paracetamol, resting yourself in the bath. Have some water then go for a lay down =D

Quite often, a headache is the result of dehydration. Try drinking a massive glass of water. Be sure not to get it too cold. When did you eat last? If it's been a while, you might just need to eat.
If that doesn't help, take an aspirin if you’re a teen or older and one Tylenol or Advil (Ibuprofen) if you are a teen or younger. Since the headache is just starting, you shouldn't need more than one.
